Meriwether Solar Energy Facility Master Plan

Developed Solar Utilities Infrastructure Plan for 1150 acre solar field site and designed substation electrical models to supply energy to newly proposed data center campus. The Caddlance team generated a georeferenced base map of the area from the shapefiles and property APNs to help Birch Infrastructure in the property acquisition process. The team also generated high-quality survey CAD drawings that were used to lay out the industrial campus for development/ marketing/ acquisition/ diligence purposes.
