Design and conversion of an existing jewelry store into a pizza shop in the city of Elizabeth, NJ. Conducted permit procurement, designed proposed floor plan, and construction details of proposed alterations. Provided egress calculations and markups, electrical and plumbing diagram of proposed alteration for both water supply lines and drainage for permitting approval. Provided a full construction drawing set to secure approval from the city authorities.
